1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Clipperia ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. By using Clipperia, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Clipperia is an AI-powered video clipping platform that allows users to:

  • Submit video URLs from supported platforms (YouTube, Facebook)
  • Receive AI-generated analysis and clip suggestions
  • Generate custom video clips in various formats
  • Download processed clips for personal or commercial use

The Service operates on a credit-based system where users purchase credits to process videos.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Credit System and Payments

  • Credits are required to process videos and generate clips
  • Credit prices and packages are displayed at the time of purchase
  • Credits are non-refundable once used for video processing
  • Unused credits remain in your account until used or the account is closed
  • We reserve the right to modify credit pricing with reasonable notice

5. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may experience:

  • Scheduled maintenance periods
  • Unexpected technical issues or outages
  • Updates and improvements that may temporarily affect availability
  • Rate limiting during high-demand periods

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance when possible.

6. Service Discontinuation

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice.

In the event of permanent service discontinuation:

  • We will provide at least 30 days notice when reasonably possible
  • Users with active paid subscriptions will receive a partial refund for the unused portion of their subscription period
  • Unused prepaid credits may be refunded at our discretion, prorated based on the original purchase price
  • Users will be given the opportunity to download their generated clips before shutdown

We shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service modification or discontinuation beyond the refunds described above.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Process videos you do not have the right to use or distribute
  • Create clips containing illegal, harmful, or infringing content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to circumvent usage limits or security measures
  • Use automated systems to abuse the Service
  • Distribute malware or engage in phishing

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain all rights to the videos you submit and clips you generate. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Our Platform

Clipperia, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our platform.

9. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party platforms including YouTube and Facebook. Your use of content from these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service:

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with these third-party terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPPERIA AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or data loss
  • Actions of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Results from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • AI-generated suggestions will be suitable for your needs

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clipperia and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Content you submit or generate through the Service

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved as follows:

  • Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues informally
  • Governing Law: These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Clipperia operates

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
